Signal House ("we," "us") runs signalhousecompany.com. This policy covers this website and the founding list. It does not cover the Operations House app, which will have its own terms before anyone outside our own companies uses it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the founding list.
- Basic visit data our hosting provider records automatically, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location from your IP address. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
We don't ask for anything else, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
- To send you updates about Operations House and your early-access invitation.
- To keep the website working and safe.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
Our website host and the service that stores the founding list process your email on our behalf, only to provide those services.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@signalhousecompany.com. We'll handle it within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the founding list.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Big changes will be emailed to the list.
